例1男,77岁,因“无明显诱因出现声音嘶哑10 d”于2013年10月5日入院。患者无胸背部剧痛及晕厥、虚脱病史;高血压病史15年,不规则服用硝苯地平、倍他乐克等降血压药物,未进行系统规范化治疗;糖尿病病史3年,未行降血糖治疗。入院查体:体温36.7℃、血压169/100 mm Hg、心率79次/min,神志清,心、肺、腹查体未见异常,双上肢肌力及肌张力正常,躯干及双上肢痛触觉正常。行
