随着我国对教育事业的重视程度不断加深,班主任在班级管理中的地位也不断提升。现阶段的教育管理主要提倡情感管理,尤其是对初中阶段的学生进行教育管理,更应该借助情感手段。文中主要通过介绍相关案例来分析班主任如何加强工作中的情感管理。
