顶岗实习是职业类院校学生学习任务中的一个重要环节,目前各中职学校顶岗实习一般安排在三年制专业的第三年整年。其所占学时之长,远超其他任何一门理论课程。试图从国家对现代职业教育体系的建设规划和我省选择型课程体系建设出发,以衢州市工程技术学校高职学部数控装调与维修专业技师班学生顶岗实习安排为例,通过对顶岗实习管理模式、实习目标、实习内容以及评价体系的课程化研究,探讨如何提升职校生顶岗实习的成效。
The internship is an important link in the learning task for vocational colleges. At present, the internship of internships in vocational schools is generally arranged in the third year of the three-year major. Its length of time, far more than any other theoretical course.
