患者,男性,70岁,农民。因下腹及右侧腰部疼痛7小时于1994年10月17日收入我院内科住院治疗。患者自述5年前曾在我院外科做右腹股沟斜疝修补术,术后3年复发。1994年在我院 B 超检查发现:膀胱结石、右肾积水。自服中药后,症状有所缓解。入院当天出现右侧腰部及膀胱区阵发性剧痛伴有尿频、尿急、尿痛感,小便呈点滴状。体查:T36.8℃,P82次/
Patient, male, 70 years old, farmer. Because of the lower abdomen and right waist pain for 7 hours in October 17, 1994 income in our hospital inpatient treatment.
