观察癫痫病者108例,并与77名正常人对照。结果:患者组记忆商(MQ)总量表分86.34±24.01,较正常组(108.70±17.69)显著降低(P<0.001),而各种记忆百反分率显著升高(P<0.05)。患者病程长、文化程度低、青壮年则MQ降低明显,而性别、发作类型、频率、病因,>45岁与MQ无明显关系。多种抗癫痫药治疗者较单药治疗者的MQ降低、记忆障碍明显。
108 cases of epilepsy were observed and compared with 77 normal controls. Results: The total score of patient memory group (MQ) was 86.34 ± 24.01, significantly lower than that of the normal group (108.70 ± 17.69) (P <0.001), while the scores of all kinds of memory were significantly increased (P <0.05). Patients with longer duration, low education, young adults, MQ decreased significantly, while gender, type of attack, frequency, etiology,> 45 years old and MQ no significant relationship. A variety of antiepileptic drugs than monotherapy in patients with reduced MQ, memory impairment significantly.
