目的检测血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与CD44v6、MMP-2在乳腺癌中的表达情况,探讨它们之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测92例乳腺浸润性癌中VEGF、CD44v6、MMP-2的表达情况,并与正常乳腺组织进行比较。结果 VEGF在正常乳腺组织和乳腺癌中的阳性表达率分别为6.7%(3/45)和90.2%(83/92),且VEGF在淋巴结转移组中的阳性表达率(53/55)明显高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。CD44v6在正常乳腺组织及乳腺癌中的阳性表达率分别为8.9%(4/45)和85.9%(79/92),而且CD44v6在淋巴结转移组中的阳性表达率(51/55)明显高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。MMP-2蛋白在正常乳腺组织及乳腺癌中的阳性表达率分别为4.4%(2/45)、87.0%%(80/92),而且MMP-2在淋巴结转移组中的阳性表达率(52/55)明显高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。VEGF与CD44v6、MMP-2的表达均存在正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论 VEGF、CD44v6、MMP-2在乳腺癌组织中高表达,且均与淋巴结转移有关,它们可能在乳腺癌的远处转移中起协同作用。
Objective To detect the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and CD44v6, MMP-2 in breast cancer and to explore the relationship between them. Methods The expression of VEGF, CD44v6 and MMP-2 in 92 cases of invasive breast cancer was detected by immunohistochemical SP method and compared with normal breast tissue. Results The positive rates of VEGF expression in normal breast tissues and breast cancer tissues were 6.7% (3/45) and 90.2% (83/92), respectively. The positive rate of VEGF expression in lymph node metastasis group (53/55) was significantly higher No lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The positive rates of CD44v6 expression in normal breast tissues and breast cancer tissues were 8.9% (4/45) and 85.9% (79/92), respectively. The positive rates of CD44v6 expression in lymph node metastasis group (51/55) No lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The positive rates of MMP-2 protein in normal breast tissues and breast cancer tissues were 4.4% (2/45) and 87.0 %% (80/92), respectively. The positive rate of MMP-2 in lymph node metastasis group was 52% / 55) was significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between the expression of VEGF and CD44v6 and MMP-2 (P <0.05). Conclusion The expressions of VEGF, CD44v6 and MMP-2 are highly expressed in breast cancer tissues and both are related to lymph node metastasis. They may play a synergistic role in the distant metastasis of breast cancer.
