目的:建立舌下含服复方丹参滴丸后人血浆中活性成分的代谢特征指纹图谱。方法:在不同时间点采集人血浆样品,通过微血管张力实验测试血管扩张效果,采用柱切换系统对样品进行富集纯化。结果:1.5h采集的血浆扩张血管能力最强,在色谱图中出现5个新的色谱峰。结论:色谱图中5个特征色谱峰与复方丹参滴丸的药效物质基础关系密切。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a metabolic fingerprint map of the active components in human plasma after sublingual administration of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills. Methods: Human plasma samples were collected at different time points. The effect of blood vessel dilatation was tested by microvascular tension test. The sample was enriched and purified by column switching system. RESULTS: The plasma vasodilator capacity was the strongest at 1.5 h and five new peaks appeared in the chromatogram. Conclusion: The five characteristic chromatographic peaks in the chromatogram are closely related to the pharmacodynamic material basis of compound Danshen Dripping Pills.
