偶氮氯膦Ⅰ应用于球铁中测镁具有较好的选择性,方法简便。但是随着铁含量的增加,灵敏度有所下降。铁量超过15毫克时,参比液的色泽不稳定,导致了显色液的吸光度不稳定。单加入三乙醇胺溶液,放置掩蔽30分钟,偶氮氯膦Ⅰ与镁生成络合物要在12分钟后才开始稳定。本文试验加入酒石酸钾钠联合掩蔽铁,效果良好,显色后吸光度即达最大值,吸光度稳定。一仪器与试剂 72型分光光度计硫硝混合酸:每升中加入硫酸50毫升,硝酸8毫升。邻菲啰啉:0.4%,称0.4克邻菲啰啉溶于少许乙醇中,用水稀至100毫升。
Chlorophosphonazo Ⅰ used in the determination of magnesium in ductile iron has a good selectivity, the method is simple. However, as the iron content increases, the sensitivity decreases. Phenanthroline: 0.4%, said 0.4 g of phenanthroline dissolved in a little ethanol, water dilute to 100 ml.
