以9种百子莲属植物为试材,采用TTC染色法和电导率法对种子生活力进行测定,研究了9种百子莲属种子的千粒重、种子形态、种子生活力及萌发特性;并在7种环境条件下测定9个品种的萌发能力。结果表明:品种5(Agapanthus praecoxssp.minimus‘Storms River’)、品种8(A.praecoxssp.praecox‘Floribunda’)种子活力高,品种2(A.inapertus ssp.hollandii)、品种3(A.praecoxssp.minimus‘Adelaide’)活力低;种子萌发力也有明显不同,品种1(A.comptonii ssp.longtubus)、品种5、品种8种子萌发力较强,品种2、品种3、品种4(A.praecoxssp.minimus‘Forma’)萌发力差;综合9个品种种子的活力及萌发能力可知,品种5、品种8两种百子莲属植物品种的种子活力及萌发能力较强,适合在国内的园林植物应用及药用种植领域大力推广。
Thirteen kinds of seeds were used as test materials, the seed viability was determined by TTC staining and conductivity method, and the thousand-grain weight, seed morphology, seed vigor and germination characteristics of nine kinds of seeds were studied. The germination ability of 9 varieties under different environmental conditions. The results showed that the seeds of Agapanthus praecoxssp. Minimus ’Storms River’, and the species of A.praecoxssp.praecox’Floribunda’were highly active, and A.inapertus ssp.hollandii and A.praecoxssp. minimus’Adelaide ’) had lower vigor and seed germination ability. There were also significant differences in seed germination ability. The seed germination ability of A.comptonii ssp. longtubus 1, variety 5 and variety 8 was stronger than that of the other two cultivars (Variety 2, Variety 3, Variety 4, A.praecoxssp. minimus’Forma ’) germination ability; comprehensive 9 varieties of seeds of the vitality and germination ability, we can see that the varieties 5, 8 varieties of two kinds of seed vigor and germination ability of varieties of seeds are strong, suitable for domestic plant applications and Promote the field of medicinal cultivation.
