目的:探讨对慢性牙周炎患者实施基础治疗联合牙周维护治疗的疗效。方法:选取68例于2009年6月—2011年6月我院接收的慢性牙周炎患者,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组与牙周维护治疗组,均给予基础治疗,牙周维护治疗组联合牙周维护治疗,观察两组疗效。结果:复诊时,牙周维护治疗组口内牙颊侧最重出血指数(BI)≥2位点比例、牙周袋深度(PD)均明显降低,两组附着水平(AL)复诊时均出现增加,而对照组明显增加(P<0.05);牙周维护治疗组平均每人每年缺失约0.15颗,对照组为0.34颗。结论:对慢性牙周炎患者在基础治疗的基础上联合维护治疗,可取得较好效果,对维持长期疗效有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of basic treatment combined with periodontal maintenance treatment in patients with chronic periodontitis. Methods: Sixty-eight patients with chronic periodontitis who were admitted to our hospital from June 2009 to June 2011 were divided into control group and periodontal maintenance treatment group according to different treatment methods. Both patients received basic treatment and periodontal maintenance treatment group Combined with periodontal maintenance treatment, the two groups were observed. Results: At the time of referral, the maximum buccal bleeding index (BI)> 2 loci and the pocket depth (PD) were significantly lower in the periodontal maintenance treatment group than those in the control group , While the control group increased significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of patients with chronic periodontitis on the basis of basic treatment combined with maintenance treatment can achieve better results, is of great significance to maintain long-term efficacy.
