这是10年前写的考察报告。当时,我在长春市农机管理局工作,是个典型的“农机人”。源于事业的感召,责任的驱动和故乡的级引,1978年12月,我同几位雄心勃勃的农机人一道,走访了榆树县13个村镇。回来后,当即完成了这份基本写实的农机化情况考察报告。报告开崇明义:榆树是全国提供商品粮最多的县;也是吉林省推行机械化较早的县。1977年以来;这个县农业机械化出现了大干快上的可喜局面;农业机械化程度显著提高,农业机械化的优越性得到进一步体现。这份报告呈递长春市委不久,国务院关于加快东北商品粮基地建设,重点抓好农业机械化的决定公诸报端。吉林省委当即号召,全省要象榆树那样,大力发展农业机械化。接着,全国首次万亩玉米精量播种在这里试
This is the study report written 10 years ago. At that time, I was working in Changchun Agricultural Machinery Authority, is a typical “agricultural machine ”. Inspiration from the cause, drive of responsibility and grade of hometown, in December 1978, I visited 13 villages and towns in Yushu County along with several ambitious farm machinery. After returning, I immediately completed the basic factual report on the status of agricultural mechanization. Since 1977, the agricultural mechanization of this county has seen a welcome move on the fast track; the degree of agricultural mechanization has risen significantly and the superiority of agricultural mechanization has been further reflected. Soon after the report was submitted to the Changchun municipal party committee, the State Council decided to speed up the construction of northeast commercial grain bases and focus on agricultural mechanization. Immediate call of Jilin Provincial Party Committee, the province should be like Elm, vigorously develop agricultural mechanization. Then, the country’s first acres of corn sowing precision test here
