信念指人们对某种观点、原理和理想等所形成的内心的真挚信仰。信念对人的影响是极其重大的。而小学时期对于青少年来说是极其重要的,因为远大的理想和信念在这时开始确立,美好的品德在这时开始塑造,良好的习惯在这时开始养成。所以作为一名班主任必须充分利用班级这个育人场所,通过科学的、循序渐进的活动,对学生进行信念的养成教育。那么如何在班级教育活动中帮助学生树立远大的人生信念呢?我个人有如下一些做法:
