本文对我国和前苏联在触发式弹头机械引信外露零件螺纹旋向等设计不统一,易影响引信可靠作用,造成瞎火率校高的问题。通过实践和分析表明,触发式弹头机械引信外露零件螺纹的旋向及其装配扭紧力矩。应根据弹丸旋转方向确定其相适应方向装配扭紧力矩。并对现行生产有关触发式弹头机械引信外露零件螺纹的旋向和装配扭紧力矩提出了改进意见。以及触发式弹头机械引信外露零件螺纹在跳弹射击引信头部先着地时,目标对其反作用力同时受有摩擦力矩作用,此时是考核引信外露零件螺纹旋向、装配扭紧力矩及连接牢固性最严格的,是设计引信时不可忽视的一个方面,以提高引信可靠作用。
