目的研究妇科活检钳最佳清洗方法及清洗效果评价。方法通过目测法和ATP生物荧光法等检测方法,对某医院术后妇科活检钳不同清洗方法及其效果进行评价。结果使用后妇科活检钳预处理后进行清洗,用目测法、隐血试验法和ATP生物荧光法检测合格率依次为100.00%、93.33%和96.67%;未进行预处理直接清洗用相同检测方法,合格率依次为93.33%、83.33%和90.00%。采用“酶液浸泡+全自动清洗消毒机”清洗的妇科活检钳,用目测法、隐血试验法和ATP生物荧光法检测,清洗合格率依次为93.33%、90.00%和86.67%;采用“酶液浸泡+超声清洗机”清洗后用同样检测法检测合格率,依次为96.67%、91.67%、90.00%;采用“酶液浸泡+手工刷洗+全自动清洗消毒机”清洗后合格率依次为98.33%、93.33%、95.00%;采用“酶液浸泡+手工刷洗+超声清洗机”清洗后合格率依次为100%、93.33%、96.67%。结论妇科活检钳使用后经预处理,采用“酶液浸泡+手工刷洗+超声清洗机”清洗效果最好,以ATP生物荧光法进行检测具有快速、准确和实用的特点。
Objective To study the best cleaning method and cleaning effect of gynecological biopsy forceps. Methods By the methods of visual inspection and ATP biofluorescence, the different cleansing methods and their effects of postoperative gynecological biopsy forceps in a hospital were evaluated. Results After the use of gynecological biopsy forceps pretreatment cleaning, visual inspection, occult blood test and ATP biofluorescence test pass rates were 100.00%, 93.33% and 96.67%; without pretreatment direct cleaning with the same test method, qualified The rates were 93.33%, 83.33% and 90.00%, respectively. The biopsy forceps with “enzyme liquid immersion + automatic cleaning and disinfecting machine” cleaning were examined by visual inspection, occult blood test and ATP biofluorescence. The passing rates of cleaning were 93.33%, 90.00% and 86.67%, respectively; “Enzymatic liquid immersion + ultrasonic cleaning machine” after the same test method with the detection rate of pass detection, followed by 96.67%, 91.67%, 90.00%; using “enzyme liquid soaking + manual brushing + automatic cleaning and disinfection machine” The pass rate was 98.33%, 93.33% and 95.00% respectively. The pass rate of using “Enzyme liquid soaking + manual brushing + ultrasonic cleaner” was 100%, 93.33% and 96.67%, respectively. Conclusions Gynecological biopsy forceps are pretreated by using “enzyme liquid immersion + manual brushing + ultrasonic cleaning machine”. The detection by ATP biofluorescence is rapid, accurate and practical.
