为进一步明确对肿瘤细胞发生直接作用的 LAK 样活性细胞属何淋巴细胞亚群,本实验取5例胃癌患者胃周淋巴结,分离出淋巴细胞,在体外以 rIL—2诱导培养出有杀伤肿瘤靶细胞活性的 LAK 样活性细胞,用免疫组织化学染色方法,对 LAK 样活性细胞与胃癌细胞共同孵育2hr 时的细胞涂片,进行了细胞亚群分析.同时对 LAK 样活性细胞同胃癌靶细胞作用2hr 时的状态进行原位包埋固定,制成电镜标本,直观地证实了与胃癌靶细胞粘附的 LAK 样活性细胞的表型特征及亚群属性,并在电镜下展示了 LAN 样活性细胞与胃靶细胞作用2hr 时的形态.本实验结果表明,粘附在胃癌细胞周围的 LAK 样活性细胞中,CD8~+者所占百分比远比其在总的 LAK样活性细胞的高;几乎所有粘附在胃癌靶细胞周围的 LAK 样活性细胞都是 TAC~+淋巴细胞.
