准备活动是中职体育教学中不可缺少的一部分,通过准备活动的预热使得受伤的几率大大减小,学生们能够安全的、愉快的进行体育锻炼。文章对准备活动的分类、作用进行论述,并以福建工业学校一年级学生纳为研究对象,就几种常用的准备活动在中职教学中的应用进行对比研究,探讨研究存在的问题以及解决办法。
Preparatory activities are an indispensable part of secondary vocational school physical education. The chances of injury are greatly reduced by the warm-up of preparatory activities, and students are able to perform their physical exercises safely and happily. The article discusses the classification and function of preparatory activities, and takes the first-year students of Fujian Industrial University as the research object, conducts a comparative study on the application of several preparatory activities in secondary vocational education, discusses the existing problems and solutions .
