1987年4月22日至26日在江苏石油勘探局南京办事处召开了《石油勘探与开发》第三次通讯工作会议。会议有各石油局、公司、院校的25个有关单位及5个兄弟编辑部共39人参加,其中通讯员26人。石油勘探开发科学研究院国外油气田研究所所长、高级工程师范从武同志主持了这次会议。石油部情报所基层情报管理处陈宝厚同志参加了会议,并在会上讲了话。他向到会代表介绍了目前石油科技刊物的现状,并提出“七五”期间进一步提高刊物质量的几点要求。
April 22, 1987 to April 26, Jiangsu Petroleum Exploration Bureau, Nanjing Office held a “oil exploration and development,” the third communication meeting. A total of 39 participants from 25 related departments and 5 sibling editorial boards of all petroleum bureaus, companies and institutions attended the meeting, including 26 correspondents. Petroleum Institute of Petroleum Exploration and Development Research Institute of Foreign Oil and Gas Field, Comrade Fan Congwu, senior engineer chaired the meeting. Comrade Chen Baohou, the grassroots intelligence service of the Ministry of Petroleum Information, attended the meeting and made a speech at the meeting. He briefed the deputies on the current status of oil science and technology journals and proposed some requirements for further improving the quality of journals during the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” period.
