丁草胺(N-丁氧甲基-α-氯-2,6-二乙基乙酰替苯胺)用于直播水稻田和旱稻田,测定它在两种土壤(壤土和粉砂粘壤土)中的消散,测定土壤湿度和温度对丁草胺消散的影响,也进行了实验室研究。实验室和田间研究都表明,丁草胺在两种土壤中呈指数性质消散,并非常迅速。处理后21天只能测到大约1ppm,处理后70天基本上没有除草剂存在。通常,土壤湿度和温度越高,丁草胺的消散越快。
