According to the Forrest study, more than 30% of the $ 1 billion company-owned in-house IT department in 2008 adopted ITIL best practices widely. The study of these companies is not difficult to find, ITIL brought them obvious benefits: First, to promote CIO usual business thinking; the second is to promote IT technical staff and managers in the same normative terminology to communicate.
