张辛庄是一个缩影,见证了中国农村基层民主的新进程。以“海选”的形式走马上任村主任,武文广是张辛庄第一个人,但如今的武文广,已经显得有些筋疲力尽,他从没有了当选前的热情,到没有了当选后的激情,已经陷入了一种困局。困局一部分来源于他的上级镇政府,一部分来源于村民代表,一部分来源于此前村里的一大堆烂摊子事,甚至有人怀疑,困局来源于武文广的个人能力。也就是说,他在一定程度上已经造成了民意的部分流失。
