1.信息化 信息化是指采用现代信息技术,实现信息资源充分开发和普遍共享,以有效地解决经济和社会发展中各类问题,最终使工业社会和工业经济向信息社会和信息经济演进的过程。 信息化是社会和经济发展到一定阶段的客观需要。信息化程度是衡量一个国家综合国力的重要标志。
1. Informationization refers to the use of modern information technology to achieve full development and universal sharing of information resources in order to effectively solve all kinds of economic and social development problems, and ultimately the industrial society and the industrial economy to the information society and the evolution of the information economy process. Informationization is an objective need of social and economic development to a certain stage. The degree of informatization is an important indicator of the overall national strength of a country.
