不受制约和监督的权力,必然导致滥用和腐败。为了防止滥用权力,保证把人民赋予的权力真正用来为人民谋利益,必须加强对权力运行的制约和监督。这是发展社会主义民主政治、建设社会主义政治文明的一项重要任务,也是提高党的执政能力的必然要求,对在新时期提高党的执政能力有着重要的意义。因此,我们有必要就如何加强对权力运行的监督与制约进行研究,以便使权力更好地服务于全面小康社会和和谐社会的建设。
Unconstrained and supervised power will inevitably lead to abuse and corruption. In order to prevent abusing power and ensuring that the power entrusted by the people is really used to serve the interests of the people, we must strengthen the restriction and supervision over the operation of power. This is an important task of developing socialist democratic politics and building a socialist political civilization. It is also an inevitable requirement for improving the party's ability to govern and is of great significance to enhancing the party's ability to govern in the new period. Therefore, it is necessary for us to study how to strengthen supervision and restriction on the operation of power in order to make power better serve the building of an overall well-to-do society and a harmonious society.
