新闻背景:近期,食物中毒事件频频发生,广东南海市为庆祝教师节聚餐而于9月10日晚不幸食物中毒,84名教师住进了医院。南京市江宁区汤山镇发生严重食物中毒事件,中学和东湖丽岛工地数百学生和民工因食用了油条、烧饼、麻团等食物后发生中毒,经抢救无效死亡38人。“食物中毒”这个名词时常见诸报端,那么,食物中毒频发的原因何在呢?如何及时有效地防治?
News Background: Recently, food poisoning occurred frequently. In order to celebrate Teacher’s Day dinner, Nanhai City, Guangdong Province, suffered food poisoning on the evening of September 10, and 84 teachers admitted to the hospital. In Tangshan Town, Jiangning District, Nanjing City, there were serious food poisoning incidents. Hundreds of students and migrant workers from secondary schools and Laiwu Island in East Lake were poisoned after consuming food such as fried dough sticks, sesame seed cake and burrs. After the rescue, 38 people died. The term “food poisoning” is often reported in newspapers, so why is food poisoning frequent? How timely and effective prevention?
