为了了解本县出生婴儿性比例,我们对川沙县三所县级医院(县中心医院、第七人民医院、洋泾人民医院)1976～1980年出生的婴儿性别比例,进行了一次调查分析。三所医院五年中共收入院产妇16,551人,出生婴儿16,653人,其中双胎102人,占6.1‰。五年中出生男婴8,559人,占出生总数51.4％,女婴8,094人,占48.6％。性比例(男∶女)为1.06。各年的出生性比例为1.03～1.09,男孩均多于女孩。对三所县医院五年出生的16,653名婴儿按胎次作了性比例分析。第一胎12,333人.其中男婴6,277人.占50.8％,女婴,6,056人,占49.2％,性比例为1.04;第二胎3,936人,其中男婴2,075人,占52.7％,女婴
In order to understand the proportion of infants born in the county, we conducted a survey on the gender ratio of infants born in 1976 to 1980 in three county hospitals in Chuansha County (the County Central Hospital, the Seventh People’s Hospital, and the Yangshuo People’s Hospital). In the five hospitals, there were 16,551 maternity and female hospitals with 16,653 births, of whom 102 were twins, accounting for 6.1. In the five years, 8,559 boys were born, accounting for 51.4% of the total number of births, and 8,094 girls, accounting for 48.6%. The sex ratio (male: female) was 1.06. The proportion of births in each year was 1.03 to 1.09, and boys were more than girls. The sex ratio of 16,653 infants born in three county hospitals was analyzed according to parity. The first child was 12,333. Among them, 6,277 were male infants, 50.8% were infants, 6,056 were female infants, accounting for 49.2%, sexual ratio was 1.04; 3,936 were secondborn, including 2,075 male infants, accounting for 52.7%.
