对某矿西立风井主扇风机的反风系统进行了技术改造,反风方法由反风道法改为风机叶轮反转法。实际运行结果表明:改造后的反风系统不仅结构简单、操作方便、维修量小,而且工作可靠性和快速反风能力及其经济效益均取得了显著的提高。
The technological transformation of the anti-wind system of the main fan of a vertical shaft in a mine was carried out. The anti-wind method was changed from the anti-wind tunnel method to the fan impeller reversal method. The actual operation results show that the modified anti-wind system not only has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and small amount of maintenance, but also remarkably improves the reliability of work and quick anti-wind capability and its economic benefits.
