3月19日,自治区林业局、宁夏气象局、自治区森林防火指挥部办公室联合召开了全区森林防火气象信息通报视频会议,各市、县(区)气象、林业、森林防火部门的有关领导在各地分会场参加了会议。会上,宁夏气象局副局长杨兴国通报我区前期天气气候情况及3-5月气候趋势预测:今年春季(3-5月)全区平均气温偏高,引黄灌区和中部干旱带降水量偏少2成以上,南部山区偏少2成以内。预计3月下旬,我区大部无降水,风日多、风力大,林区空气湿度
