黄宏,少将,国防大学马克思主义教研部教授,曾任国防大学马克思主义研究所所长,全军邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想研究中心领导小组副组长。曾担任中央苏东办和中央政策研究室政治组负责人。共撰写和主编著作55部,发表理论文章、咨询报告400余篇,有20多份调查报告、建议引起中央、军委重视,70多篇文章被全国报刊转载;18次完成国家社科基金和中央机关课题,论文16次入选全国全军研讨会,连续4届6次获全国“五个一工程奖”。获军委四总部联合颁发的全军专业技术重大贡献奖。
Major General Huang Hong, major general, Professor of Marxism Department of National Defense University, former director of the Institute of Marxism at National Defense University, deputy leader of the leading group of the Deng Xiaoping Theory of the PLA and the important thought research center of “Three Represents.” Served as the Central Soviet Union and the Central Policy Research Office political team leader. He has written and edited 55 books, published more than 400 theoretical articles and consultation reports, more than 20 investigation reports, and proposed that Central Committee and the Central Military Commission should pay more attention to the Central Military Commission and more than 70 articles have been reprinted by the newspapers and periodicals throughout the country. 18 completed the National Social Science Fund and the Central Government Institution issues, thesis was selected for the national army seminar 16 times, 4 times in a row 4 times by the national “five one project award ”. The PLA military headquarters issued four major professional and technical contributions to the major awards.
