中原油田是中国石化集团所属的第二大油田企业,是我国东部重要的石油天然气生产基地,现有职工6.7万人,用工总量8万多人。作为高科技含量的油气生产企业,要保持持续有效发展,必须牢固树立以“人”为本的思想,全面提高员工队伍素质,增强企业的核心竞争力。根据全国总工会等九部委的要求,油田启动了“创建学习型班组、争当知识型员工”活动,把员工的素质教育纳入科学化、规范化、制度化的管理轨道。
Zhongyuan Oilfield is the second largest oilfield company affiliated to China Petrochemical Corporation and an important oil and natural gas production base in eastern China. The company now employs 67,000 people and employs more than 80,000 people. As a high-tech oil and gas production enterprise, in order to maintain sustained and effective development, we must firmly establish the idea of “people” as the basis, raise the overall quality of the workforce and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise. According to the requirements of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and other nine ministries and commissions, the oilfield has initiated the activity of “creating a learning-oriented team and striving to become a knowledge-based employee”, and integrating staff’s quality education into a scientific, standardized and institutionalized management track.
