最近,县委组织部对我县118个农村先进党支部的情况作了调查,从中发现一个问题:乡镇党委对农村先进党支部特别是支部书记放松管理,监督乏力。一些先进村的干部特别是支部书记在取得了成绩以后,价值观念发生变化。创业时为的是带领群众致富。取得了一些成绩之后,想自己的事多了。有的想方设法自己多捞钱。有一名山区村支部书记。把村里的事情放在一边,在县城只顾办自己的企业。有的在县城买了楼房,经常不在村里。有的多占宅基地.买高级汽车,高档装修办公室,经常出入歌舞厅。有的支部书记只抓经济,对其他工作不闻不问.不学习.不参加会.甚至连支部的民主生活会都不参加,认为这些都是虚的,没用。还有的支部书记骄傲自满情绪严重,不能正确看待所取得的成绩,觉得村里有今天,全是他一个人的功劳.连乡镇党委都不放在眼里。乡镇党委开会,他借故不参加。平时听不进别人意见.只能表扬,不能批评,老虎屁股摸不得。遇到荣誉也非他莫属。
