５９ 例晚期恶性肿瘤患者常规化疗同时口服甲孕酮（ ＭＰＡ），观察其生活质量变化，另５７ 例患者仅行化疗作为对照组。治疗组中食欲改善占８０．０％ ，体重增加率６１．０ ％ ，Ｋａｒｎｏｆｓｋｙ 分值提高为４９．２ ％ ，明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。毒副作用不严重。
Routine chemotherapy for 59 patients with advanced malignant tumors was treated with oral methylprogesterone (MPA) and their quality of life was observed. The other 57 patients were treated with chemotherapy alone as a control group. In the treatment group, the appetite improvement accounted for 80.0%, the weight gain rate was 61.0%, and the Karnofsky score was increased to 49.2%, which was significantly better than the control group (P<0.01). The toxic side effects are not serious.
