涟钢现有300米~3高炉3座,年产生铁约50万吨。原料70％为烧结矿。1988年以前,3~#和4~#高炉烧结矿槽下筛分采用风力筛,2~#高炉无筛分设备。由于风力筛设计及安装维护方面的某些不足,长期不能正常运行,使烧结矿含粉率高达15％以上,从而造成炉况不顺,焦比过高,影响炼铁生产的发展。1988
