目的：总结病理确诊的原发于口腔颌面部恶性淋巴瘤（ＭＬ）的治疗效果。方法：术后用ＣＯＰ或ＣＨＯＰ等方案化疗或放射治疗２１例患者，并随访５～７年。结果：３例死亡，１例失访。无瘤生存１７例中不足１年３例，１～４年８例，５年以上６例。结论：术后化疗和（或）放疗对恶性淋巴瘤近期疗效是满意的
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the therapeutic effects of pathologically diagnosed primary malignant lymphoma (ML) in the oral and maxillofacial region. METHODS: Twenty-one patients were treated with chemotherapy or radiation such as COP or CHOP after surgery and followed up for 5 to 7 years. Results: Three patients died and one was lost. Among the 17 cases without tumor, 3 cases were less than 1 year, 8 cases were 1 to 4 years, and 6 cases were more than 5 years. Conclusion: Postoperative chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy are satisfactory for the short-term efficacy of malignant lymphoma
