古人云:“他山之石,可以攻玉”。在探索建立我国社会主义市场经济的过程中,一个重要而有效的方法,是认真研究西方资本主义市场经济已经走过的道路,从中摈弃不符合我们国情的东西,吸取适用的经验。正是从这个意义上说,本文介绍的美、日、德等国政府管理社会经济生活的基本思想、国家参股制的形式、银行的基本体制、职工的参与制度、政府的计划与产业诱导政策等经验及作法,可供我们开拓思路,参考借鉴。
