一、发展现状上海闵行、虹桥经济技术开发区和漕河泾新兴技术开发区经过七年艰苦创业,在吸收外资开展对外经济活动方面取得显著成效。到1989年底,三个开发区共批准“三资”企业88家,吸收外资协议金额5.7亿美元,超过全市吸收外资金额的1/5。其特点如下: (一)项目结构较为合理主要表现在:①以工业项目为主(占项目总数的90%),
First, the development status Shanghai Minhang, Hongqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone and Caohejing New Technology Development Zone, after seven years of arduous pioneering, has made remarkable achievements in absorbing foreign capital to carry out foreign economic activities. By the end of 1989, the three development zones approved a total of 88 “foreign-funded” enterprises with an agreement amount of 570 million U.S. dollars to absorb foreign investment, exceeding 1/5 of the total foreign investment in the city. Its characteristics are as follows: (A) The project structure is more reasonable mainly in the following: (1) the main industrial projects (90% of the total number of projects)
