随着法制社会的逐步实现,越来越多的社会问题需要依靠法律来解决。法律的公正性也便成了最实际最突出的一点为人们关注。然而不断出现的司法权利误用滥用的问题越来越多,消除人们对案件审判公正性的疑虑及对判决的抵触心理,使其运用法律手段维护自己的合法权益,也有助于司法权威的树立。司法公正是法院工作中一个永恒的主题。但是从群众感受司法公正的途径,总是不免怀疑我们司法的公正性。这是我们法制社会建设遇到的最大阻碍。我们必须找到发生此类事件的根源,从根本上杜绝。这样我们法制社会建设的道路才能稳固顺利发展,才能最终实现我们的社会主义法制社会。
With the gradual realization of a legal society, more and more social problems need to be solved by law. The fairness of the law has become the most practical and the most prominent point for people’s attention. However, there are more and more problems of misuse and misuse of judicial power. The dispelment of the people’s doubts about the fairness of the trial of the case and the psychological contradiction to the judgment make it use legal means to defend their legal rights and interests and also help to establish the judicial authority . Judicial justice is an eternal theme in the work of the court. However, from the masses’ ways of feeling judicial justice, we can not help but doubt the fairness of our judiciary. This is the biggest obstacle we face in building a legal society. We must find the root cause of such incidents and eliminate them fundamentally. In this way, we can firmly and smoothly develop the road of building a legal society so as to finally realize our socialist legal system.
