北京福润达化工有限公司成立刚刚10年,固定资产便达4000万元。在朝阳区众多私营企业当中,它是第一批获得外贸出口权、第一批通过ISO9002国际认证的私营企业。从1996年到现在,公司生产的绝缘板出口创汇达700万元。一家私营企业建成10年便创出如此辉煌的业绩,不经历一番风雨,不费一番心血是不可能的。公司经理周长琰今年刚满39岁。中专毕业后,他被分配到一家化工厂当技术员。经过努力,1982年他考入北京化工学院化工机械专业学习,毕业后被推荐到厂设计室工作,在车间一连搞了4个新项目。
Beijing Furunda Chemical Co., Ltd. was established just 10 years ago, and its fixed assets reached 40 million yuan. Among the many private companies in Chaoyang District, it is the first private company to obtain foreign trade export rights and the first batch of ISO9002 international certifications. From 1996 to now, the company’s export of insulating plates has reached 7 million yuan. It has been impossible for a private enterprise to achieve such a splendid achievement in the 10 years since it was established. It would not have taken a storm and no effort has been made. The company’s manager, Zhou Changchun, has just turned 39 this year. After graduating from secondary school, he was assigned to a chemical factory as a technician. After hard work, he was admitted to the Beijing Chemical Engineering College in 1982. After graduating, he was recommended to work in the factory’s design office, where he worked on four new projects.
