SMB型3 1/2位数字表头不仅能显示出数字量,而且有溢出功能。采用此表头作为温度检测显示和过程变温控制的线路简单、性能可靠。我们在酒厂糖化曲培养过程控制仪中,变温控制部份就采用此种方法。该控制过程要求恒温点有三个:第一阶段为30℃±1℃,第二阶段为32℃±1℃;第三阶段为34℃±1℃。采用SMB型数学表头进行显示和控制如图1所示。
The SMB type 3 1/2 digit meter not only shows the digital but also overflows. The use of this header as a temperature detection display and process temperature control circuit is simple, reliable performance. We in the wine plant saccharification culture process control device, temperature control part of this approach. The control process requires three constant temperature points: the first stage is 30 ℃ ± 1 ℃, the second stage is 32 ℃ ± 1 ℃; the third stage is 34 ℃ ± 1 ℃. The use of SMB-type mathematical table display and control shown in Figure 1.
