为了提高动态测试精度,标定所用的测试系统是一项十分重要的工作。目前广为使用的以数字计算机为中心的数字式测试系统,由于输入通道多,中间环节复杂,工作频带宽,采月常规的标定方法往往达不到预期的效果。本文根据数字式测试系统的特点,提出了用“均衡传递函数法”标定测试系统,它可对工作频带作全频段的系统标定,具有较高的标定精度及实用价值。
In order to improve the dynamic test accuracy, calibration of the test system used is a very important task. Currently widely used digital computer-centric digital test system, due to the input channel, the intermediate link is complex, wide working frequency, the conventional calibration method of collecting the moon often fail to achieve the desired results. According to the characteristics of digital test system, this paper proposes a calibration test system based on “balanced transfer function method”. It can calibrate the working frequency band in all frequency bands with high calibration accuracy and practical value.
