编辑同志: 《有色金属》(矿山部分)1977年第6期所发表的“关于毫秒电雷管的全爆电流问题”一文,我们读了以后,感到其中关于交流供电的有效电流问题的提法和计算有错误。主要有: 1.计算有效电流的依据应是雷管通电时间,并不是雷管的起爆时间。对于毫秒雷管来说,起爆时间主要取决于延时药头。而在雷管起爆前,桥线早已烧断,电路已经切断。雷管的通电时间,对于各段雷管(包括一段雷管)基本上是一致的。文中似将二段雷管的起爆时间看作是雷管的通电时间了。顺便指出,在大区爆破中,一段雷管完全可以
