目的:分析单纯性卵巢囊肿采用中西医治疗的效果。方法:选择2012年8月—2014年11月我院诊治的单纯性卵巢囊肿患者75例,观察组给以中西医治疗,与同期单独采用西药治疗的75例患者进行对比,观察两组的疗效。结果:观察组42例治愈,30例好转,无效3例,有效率为96%;对照组32例治愈,29例好转,14例无效,有效率为81.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:单纯性卵巢囊肿采用中西医治疗的临床效果比单纯西药治疗要好。
Objective: To analyze the effect of using Chinese and Western medicine to treat simple ovarian cyst. Methods: Seventy-five patients with simple ovarian cysts diagnosed and treated in our hospital from August 2012 to November 2014 were selected. The observation group was treated with Chinese and Western medicine and compared with the 75 patients treated with Western medicine alone in the same period. The curative effect . Results: In the observation group, 42 cases were cured, 30 cases improved, 3 cases were ineffective, and the effective rate was 96%. In the control group, 32 cases were cured, 29 cases improved, 14 cases were ineffective and the effective rate was 81.33%. There was significant difference between the two groups . Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of simple ovarian cyst treated by Chinese and western medicine is better than western medicine alone.
