1986~1988年对棉花叶芽和花芽(混合芽)化学组分的研究结果表明,叶芽含有17种氨基酸,6种糖,2种生物碱.1种有机酸;花芽含有11种氨基酸,8种糖,2种生物碱,2种有机酸.叶芽中各种无机元素的含量均比花芽高,而花芽中氨基酸总量及糖的总量均比叶芽高.据分析结果,在调控腋芽分化时,应控制叶芽中氨基酸的种类,使之减少与金属离子的配合,进而提高花芽体内作为营养成份的无机元素的含量.
From 1986 to 1988, the chemical components of cotton bud and flower bud (mixed bud) were studied. The results showed that the leaf bud contained 17 kinds of amino acids, 6 kinds of sugar and 2 kinds of alkaloids, 1 kinds of organic acids, 11 kinds of amino acids and 8 kinds of sugars , Two kinds of alkaloids and two kinds of organic acids.The contents of various inorganic elements in leaf buds were higher than those in flower buds and the total amounts of amino acids and sugars in flower buds were higher than those in leaf buds.According to the analysis results, Should control the types of amino acids in leaf buds, so as to reduce the coordination with metal ions, thereby increasing the flower buds as a nutrient element in the content of inorganic elements.
