[目的]探讨缩节胺(DPC)化控对黄河流域机采棉农艺性状、产量及品质的影响,明确合理的化控时期和缩节胺用量原则。[方法]以机采棉新品系衡棉HD008为试材,设置3个不同缩节胺剂量处理。[结果]DPC显著降低株高和果枝长度,减小果枝夹角和叶片面积,合理化控可有效塑造机采棉理想株型。DPC对产量及产量组分有显著的影响,适量DPC可增加伏桃和秋桃和总铃数。增加铃重和子指,但衣分降低,适量DPC可增加产量。DPC显著提高纤维的断裂比强度,适控可提高纤维的整齐度,其他指标无显著影响。[结论]根据机采对棉花农艺性状的要求及棉株生长特点,可在棉花现蕾后开始化控,每10 d左右化控一次,根据主茎日生长量控制喷施量,株高日增长量控制在1.5-1.8 cm,株高控制在75-90 cm之内。在黄河流域机采棉种植模式下,合理化控可以提高产量和品质。
[Objective] The purpose was to discuss the influence of DPC control on agronomic traits, yield and quality of machine-picked cotton in the Yellow River Basin. [Method] With the machine cotton picking new cotton line Hengshui HD008 as test material, three different shrinkage amine dosage treatments were set up. [Result] DPC significantly reduced plant height and fruit branch length, decreased the angle between fruit branches and leaf area. Reasonable chemical control could effectively shape the ideal plant type of cotton picking. DPC has a significant impact on yield and yield components. Appropriate amount of DPC can increase the number of bolls and autumn peaches and the total number of bolls. Increase boll weight and sub-fingers, but lower clothing points, the amount of DPC can increase production. DPC significantly improves the breaking strength of fibers, and the proper control can improve the uniformity of the fibers. Other indexes have no significant effect. [Conclusion] According to the requirement of cotton harvest agronomic traits and the growth characteristics of cotton plants, it could start chemical control after cotton budding and control every 10 days. Under the model of cotton picking in the Yellow River basin, reasonable chemical control can improve the yield and quality.
