小儿急性白血病的治疗原则与成人基本相同,但由于小儿急性白血病的生物学特点和临床均有异于成人,故其化疗也具有某些特殊性。结合个体特点,合理选择化疗方案由于病人的遗传性质不同及白血病类型不同,不同的个体对药物的敏感性有很大差异。目前虽有许多化疗方案,但无一个是万能的。实践中必须充分结合病儿的个体特点,包括年龄、体内白血病细胞数、器官受累范围、治疗早迟及白血病类型(形态、免疫、临床分型)
Pediatric acute leukemia treatment principles and adults are basically the same, but because of the biological characteristics of children with acute leukemia and clinical are different from adults, so its chemotherapy has some particularities. Combination of individual characteristics, a reasonable choice of chemotherapy due to the patient’s genetic properties and different types of leukemia, different individuals have great differences in the sensitivity of the drug. Although there are many chemotherapy programs, none of them is a panacea. Practice must be fully combined with the individual characteristics of sick children, including age, the number of leukemia cells in vivo, the range of organ involvement, treatment of early and late leukemia type (morphology, immunity, clinical classification)
