自1985年以来,我院遇到5例经常规治疗无效而改用硫酸镁后迅速痊愈的病人。现举2例如下。例1:男,58岁,于1988年8月10日上午8时自觉心前区痛,自服硝酸甘油两片无效而被急送我院。查体:T36.8℃,P40次,R30次,BP100/70。心电图ⅡⅢ,avF分别呈q~r,Q~r,q~r型,ST段抬高3～4mm,形成弓背向上的单向曲线。V_3R、V_4R、V_5R均呈QS型,ST段抬高1～2mm。心房率100次/分,心室率40次/分,P波与QRS波无关
Since 1985, our hospital has encountered 5 cases of patients who have been cured immediately after switching to magnesium sulfate after conventional treatment is ineffective. Here are 2 cases as follows. Example 1: Male, 58 years old, on August 10, 1988, at 8 am, he felt pain in his precordial area and was promptly sent to our hospital due to invalidation of two tablets of nitroglycerin. Physical examination: T36.8 ℃, P40 times, R30 times, BP100 / 70. Electrocardiography Ⅱ Ⅲ, avF were q ~ r, Q ~ r, q ~ r type, ST elevation 3 ~ 4mm, the formation of one-way bow back curve.
