引言本文对矫形外科现用和将来有可能使用的金属材料的腐蚀性能作了评价。研究了这些金属在0.17M盐水溶液中的电位-电流曲线和电位-时间曲线。根据试验数据用电化学理论对被测金属可以作如下予言: 1.离子透过钝化膜溶解到腐蚀介质中的速度。即金属在无点蚀、无缝隙腐蚀和无磨蚀等情况下的最小腐蚀速度。 2.对点蚀的敏感性。 3.对缝隙腐蚀的敏感性。 4.钝化膜的稳定性即长期的耐蚀性。
Introduction This article evaluates the corrosive properties of metallic materials that are currently available and may be used in the future. The potential-current curves and potential-time curves of these metals in 0.17 M saline solution were studied. According to the experimental data using electrochemical theory of the metal can be tested as follows: 1. Ion through the passivation film dissolved into the corrosive medium speed. That is, the minimum corrosion rate of metal in the case of no pitting corrosion, no crevice corrosion and no erosion. 2. The sensitivity to pitting. 3. Sensitivity to crevice corrosion. 4 passivation film stability that long-term corrosion resistance.
