目的探讨心电图参比电极电位变化的规律。方法同步比较21例完全性右束支传导阻滞患者头胸导联和常规导联心电图r和R′波变化,分析参比电极电位变化与心室激动方向的关系。结果头胸导联V1r波振幅高于常规导联心电图[(0.16±0.19)vs(0.11±0.13)mV,P<0.01],而其R′波振幅低于常规导联心电图[(0.25±0.21)vs(0.35±0.23)mV,P<0.01]。结论参比点电位变化与心室除极方向变化有关。
Objective To investigate the change of potential of ECG reference electrode. Methods The electrocardiographic r and R ’wave changes of head and thoracic lead and conventional lead in 21 patients with complete right bundle branch block were compared. The relationship between the change of reference electrode potential and the direction of ventricular activation was analyzed. Results The amplitude of V1r wave in the lead of the head-chest was higher than that in the conventional lead [(0.16 ± 0.19) vs (0.11 ± 0.13) mV, P <0.01] ) vs (0.35 ± 0.23) mV, P <0.01]. Conclusion The change of reference point potential is related to the change of ventricular depolarization direction.
