本文研究了钢在添加 CS_2的气氛中进行的气体硫氮共渗法。把50%NH_3和0.006%CS_2加入到由丙烷裂解的载气中,45钢试样在这种气氛中,在570℃处理3小时。X 射线衍射测定表面的产物分别为Fe_(1-x)S,FeS,Fe_3N 和 Fe_4N。表面试样的横截面显微结构观察到化合物层。硬度从表面向内部逐渐增加,达到最大值后逐渐降低。由此证明,在加入 CS_2的气氛中进行钢的气体硫氮共渗是可行的。
In this paper, the gas sulfur-nitrogen gas permeation method in the atmosphere of adding CS_2 was studied. 50% NH 3 and 0.006% CS 2 were added to the carrier gas cracked with propane and the 45 steel sample was treated in this atmosphere at 570 ° C for 3 hours.
