一年来,水泥工业在党中央的正确领导下,在党的建设社会主义总路线的光辉照耀下,在省、市委和部局直接领导下,经过全体职工辛勤努力,开展了史无前例的社会主义劳动竞赛,开展了技术革命和文化革命运动,以忘我的劳动和冲天的革命干劲,充分发挥了积极性和创造性,战胜了原、燃材料和电力等不足的困难,提前超额完成了跃进计划,机制水泥产量,比1957年增长了34%。在水泥工业战线上也出现了一个崭新的局面,我国水泥工业在第一个五年计划期间平均每年增长19.1%。而1958年的增长速度却是34%。这是一个很大的跃进。虽然我们取得了这样伟大的成绩,但还不能满足国家建设的需要,在这种情况下,我们只有鼓足更大的革命干劲,采取有效的措施才能担负起国家耠予我们的光荣任务。
