目的探讨优质指导服务在胃癌手术患者中的应用观察。方法 92例行胃癌根治术的患者,随机分为对照组及观察组各46例,对照组给予一般治疗,观察组在一般治疗基础上给予优质护理指导。结果两组患者的肛门排气时间及住院时间相比较,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后的并发症发生率相比较,观察组明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用优质指导对胃癌手术患者进行干预可有效促进患者的康复。
Objective To explore the application of quality guidance service in gastric cancer patients. Methods Ninety-two patients undergoing radical gastrectomy were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given general treatment. The observation group was given good care guidance on the basis of general treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group was better than the control group in the anal exhaust time and hospital stay in both groups (P <0.05). Compared with the incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups, the observation group was significantly less than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of high-quality guidance in patients with gastric cancer surgery intervention can effectively promote the recovery of patients.
