本研究通过随机抽样,调查分析了1987年中华医学会出版的5种主要临床医学杂志中的309篇临床论著的统计应用情况。结果表明,在临床医学杂志中,有统计分析的占69.3％,对照组、随机化、盲法实用率分别为77.4％、24.7％、8.5％,统计方法不合理应用率为38.4％,其中描述性及分析性统计方法不合理应用率分别为40.4％、44.6％,统计表、统计图应用缺陷率分别为67.9％、64.0％。
Through random sampling, this study investigated and analyzed the statistical applications of 309 clinical articles in five major clinical medical journals published by the Chinese Medical Association in 1987. The results showed that in the clinical medical journal, statistical analysis accounted for 69.3%, the control group, the randomized, blinded utility rates were 77.4%, 24.7%, 8.5%, the statistical method of irrational application rate was 38.4%, which described Unreasonable rates of sexual and analytic methods were 40.4% and 44.6%, respectively, and statistical and statistical defect rates were 67.9% and 64.0%, respectively.
